This tour will introduce you to many of the splendid Baroque monuments of Salzburg from the Princes’ Palace to the Monastery of Saint Peter. We’ll wander through vast squares lined with magnificent 17th and 18th century buildings. We’ll visit the cathedral, the Palace with its magnificent apartments and the monastery of Saint Peter’s with its splendid Rococo decor. We’ll also walk through the romantic cemetery of Saint Peter’s and stop to visit the pretty church of Saint Michael’s, often overlooked by the crowds of tourists.
