Buda, a first walk, from the Vienna gate

Liege - Buda

Walk - About 1h30 - 5€ (ex. suppl.2€) Classic

We offer two separate visits that allow you to discover the castle hill of Buda, from one end to the other.
This first walk starts at the Vienna gate. There we will discover the charm of its old provincial streets that are lined with magnificent medieval and Baroque homes. These streets (Uri Utca, Fortuna Utca, Orszaghaz Utca, Andras ter) make up the most seductive neighborhood in Budapest. Here we will discover such wonders as a Gothic passage, a bizarre tower house, and even a Baroque palace that has preserved its Gothic courtyard. And everywhere we go, Hungary’s history will be palpable.
Our visit will end on Holy Trinity square (Szentharomsag ter), where Matthias church is located, and where our second visit begins.
