In this walk you will discover Hradcany, the Castle district. Located on the left bank of the river Vltava, it is one of Prague’s most harmonious districts. On this one-mile walk you will see a cross section of Prague life in a perfectly well preserved Baroque neighborhood where it seems that time has stood still. We will come across some of Prague’s major monuments, such as Strahov Monastery, Cernin Palace, the Loreta Treasure, and Sternberg Palace. Our walk will begin in the heart of this district and end on Castle Square
